Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website.

Who we are: we are a Ghana-based clothing retailer selling womenswear directly to customers. Our contact details are listed in the footer of every page and on this page.

Prices and currency: all prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery fees are quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Payment: payments are processed by Paystack using Mobile Money, card or bank transfer. We do not store your card or wallet details at any point.

Delivery: see our Shipping & delivery page. Delivery timelines are estimates and start from the moment payment is confirmed.

Returns: see our Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Product images: we photograph our own stock. Colours can appear slightly different between screens, which is not considered a fault.

Liability: our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you bought from us.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
